Chapter 1
A young boy gazed at the clear blue sky over a sparkling ocean, sitting on a grassy hillside cliff in a great city. He would always travel to this spot and glance over the sea, to spot any celestial that would happen to hover by. Over the horizon, he saw a colossal white bird gracefully gliding over the sea, gleaming with white light from the sun's rays. As the boy stared he heard a voice from behind.
"Ah, there you are Rallen."
The boy looking back smiled. “Hi Dad" the boy said happily. The man who was the boy's father smiled back to the boy. "So, this is where you were. I've been looking all over for you." he continued. He looked up toward the horizon, glancing at the large bird Rallen had been awing at. "Oh, that’s a new one." he said.”I've actually never seen that spirit before."
Rallen nodded. “I know. It looks amazing right?" he said enthusiastically. He turned back to see the bird one more time, only to realize that the animal had vanished. "It's gone...." Rallen said sullenly. Rallen's father put his hand on the boy's shoulder. “C’mon Rallen, it's time for you to get to school" Rallen fixed his gaze toward the horizon, still searching for the bird. "Don't worry" his father assured. "You know celestial they always come here. It will be back before you know it." Rallen looked back to his father "Really?" the boy asked. "I guarantee it" his father replied. Rallen let out a sigh as he sat up and walked with his father toward the city, occasionally looking back in perplexed as to where the bird had gone to. The two came up to two large twin gates. Lifting his hand and opening his palm, Rallen's father gestured his hand right. The twin gate suddenly glowed faintly as they opened as if by themselves as the two walked through the entrance of the city.
The city was a true metropolis. The tall buildings and structures were peaked with architecture with symbols for gods and statues of revered legends. The city's walls was lined with temples and skyscrapers all carved from white stones that even made the houses of common citizens and neighbors, look as through they were laced with platinum The metropolis was one with nature having small forests, groves and grasslands within the confines of the city; which would be used to plant crops and fruit. Each time Rallen would make his way through the city he would look at the metropolis's marvels and grandeur in complete awe.
"It never gets old does it?" said Rallen's father, smiling at his son's face.
Rallen only replied with a smile of his own as he eyes gleamed at the monuments.
As the two strolled along toward Rallen's school, the boy let out small disgruntled groan. His father let out a small laugh.
"Hmmm, still not a fan of school are we?" he asked jokingly.
"I don't like studying. All you do is sit around all day and read books. It's no fun at all. I wanna go on an adventure."
"Rallen, you need to read those books to learn about the world, our world. When you learn some more about the world, then you can go on an adventure. After-all you have to realize where you want to go before taking your first step. Rallen crossed his arms in disappointment. The father let out a sigh.
"Rallen, when you get back from school I want to tell you about. It's about a man who reads nothing but books, who has countless adventures, visits a threshold of places and is known through many cities as a genius."
Rallen's young face lit up with curiosity. "Really? Who is the name of this person?"
Rallen's father blinked once and then smiled.
"He's known as the Clay-Master"

Flipping through an colossal sized book, Rallen quietly reading it's context, surrounded by a labyrinth of tall book-stands and shelves widely spread throughout a plain hard wooden floored home. He glanced toward a large sun-lit window over-looking a grassy field. He glanced back towards the book, scanning a picture of what looked like a maze with various symbols scattered across the picture. He leaned over a large, transparent piece of paper, with various pictures of cities and towns ,lines, names and markings somewhat identical to the markings in the book; and touched the the images with his left index finger. His finger suddenly began to glow as the outline of the image was seemingly dragged out of the book with the image still present and was placed on the transparent piece of paper. As he began to draw another city he stopped mid-way, frowning at the half drawn picture and labeled it "Past". He signed and dusted himself off while closing the large book, picking up the large paper and taking one last look at the map he had drawn. Rallen picked up the silvery slip of paper, and studied it intensely. After a minute of two, digging in his pockets and pulled out a small cube shaped container. The map suddenly hovered in mid-air for a moment before suddenly before it was sucked into the cube like a paper to a vacuum. The cube omitted a greenish glow before the light faded. He let out a brief sigh. 'Finished. For now away' he though as he strolled across the room, an exited a small house; of which looked much larger inside in comparison to it's modest size. Outside, of his humble dwelling he strolled past other small buildings standing atop green grassy fields and trees over-looking by a sky painted in purple and twilight by the sun setting in the distance. In the far distance, a closed door stood aloof from the miniature constructs. Flicking his finger forward, the door suddenly came closer as if a force was pulling it forward until it was directly in front of him. Smiling as if satisfied at the phenomenon, he quietly walk through the doorway into what appeared to be space as he found himself in the middle of a large living space over-looked by widening stairway. Climbing the stairs he saw on the other side of what looked to be a private study was a well- kept, scholarly looking man. He had brown straight cutted hair, the same color as his thin tupew on his chin and robed blazer which was complemented by his white colored shirt and brown pants, which resembled that of typical businessman. He sat nonchalantly on a extravagantly designed chair, peering out in the distance through a window. Rallen entered the room with pre-received caution as the man began to study a book that was lying on a hardwood table beside him. After a good two minutes of awkward stillness, the man broke the silence. "Well? Are you going to just stand there admiring my scholarly disposition or have you actually come for something?" the man asked uncaringly, his focus still on his book. Rallen blinked and stammered. "Oh...uh....yeah, I've finished the section of the man of the last place we've visited. I think I've got it right this time." Gently closing his book, his serious, piecing eyes meet the young boy's. "Very well, let me see." the man said extending his left hand. Rallen gulped as he handed the cube over to the man.
"Ah, there you are Rallen."
